We decided to get an alert service for my Dad who is 95. I called 6 different
services to find out how they worked, costs, etc. All were competitively
priced and provide roughly the same service. Three treated me as 'just another
phone call' and merely wanted to send me information. Two others were ok.
But the Alert one representatives were exceptional. We choose Alert One
because of the way I was treated on the phone. I wound up calling you about
5 times in all and on every call I was treated with respect. Every representative
I talked to was courteous and took the time to answer my questions and ensure
I got what I wanted rather than just 'selling the service'. On each call,
I felt like you were there to help me and that is what we want my dad feel
if he ever pushes the button. I guess my point is: The representatives you
have and the way the treat your customers is what sells your product. I
wish I had written down each of their names, because I would like to comment
each one of them. They were, and I am sure will continue to be, great representatives
of your business.

This feeling was verified when I was rushed to the local Veterans Administration Hospital emergency room with severe Acute Bronchitis on a Friday evening.
